MIT OpenCourse Ware : Revisited

Hey Guys.

The MIT OpenCourseWare is a really terrific resource that we can use for free to improve our educational experience. From there, you can download course files, projects, assignments, and even mp3s and videos of real life MIT lecturers teaching a class. For me it’s really cool to see what it it’s like to take a course at MIT. I love it! Though what I really like about the MIT OCW is that everything is FREE. And you can expect some TOP and cutting edge knowledge from the best engineering school in the world.

What I do is I download the mp3s of lecturers from the lessons that I want to study about. Just yesterday I downloaded a lesson about Graphic Engineering and I copied the file to my handphone. So while I’m on my motorcycle or while I’m not particularly busy, all I have to do is put on my headphones and get MIT’s knowledge transfered to me with full USB 2.0 capabilities directly to me brain, hehehe…. Well, you know what I mean.

Kuliah gratis di MIT?

Bisa dunk, tapi lewat Internet. Di situs OpenCourseWare MIT (http://ocw.mit.edu/index.html), semua bahan kuliah yang diajarkan live di MIT, bisa kita download. Ini juga termasuk video kuliah para dosennya.

Apa ga keren tuh?? Menurut berita, dalam satu bulan terakhir 1,5 juta pengunjung situs OpenCourseWare mengakses materi kuliah seperti Robotika Kognitif, Penemuan dan Paten, atau Magnet Superkonduktor.

Makanya, buruan klik kalo pengen pinter kaya anak2 MIT!

Search di Rapidshare

Post berbahasa Indonesia-ku yang pertama nich

Di Elektro banyak yang memanfaatin Internet gratis nan cepat disini untuk download file yang besar-besar. Kebanyakan file-file ini adanya di rapidshare, sebuah situs hosting untuk storage yang gedhe banget. Rapidhare ini terkenal dan banyak dipakai karena fasilitas-fasilitasnya yang memang lebih top dibanding yang lain. Di rapidhare, file yang kita upload ngga bakal dihapus walaupun sudah 1 bulan ga ada yang download. Dan bila kita membeli account di rapidshare, kita bisa download file dengan bandwidth yang lebih besar dan pada saat yang bersamaan download lebih dari satu.

Tetapi repotnya kita susah mencari file-file yang sudah orang upload ke rapidshare. Kenapa? Karena kebanyakan file-file itu emang ilegal. Seperti film, mp3, game, dan ebook. Pernah, film eragon yang di Indonesia belum keluar di rapidshare sudah ada. Untungnya, ada cara untuk mencari file-file di rapidshare yang jarang diketahui orang.

Dengan menggunakan google, kita bisa mencari file apa saja yang banyak diakses orang. Ini perintahnya :

<nama file> +inurl:<tipe data> site:rapidshare.de

Tipe data bisa diisi dengan mp3 kalo mencari lagu, ebook kalo ebook, well, you get the idea. Perintah ini dicopy ke form google dan tinggal di enter .

Tons of short, free articles on American culture for men. From women, dating, work, lifestyle, money, sports, and a bunch of other things. There’s a lot of articles that are over the top, but there’s so much stuff here that some of it is bound to be good. I occasionally read this site when I’m bored.
